Built by People Who Experienced the System's Dead Ends
Clarivius is an independent healthtech startup founded in Prague by Lukas Sirucek, building the clinical precedent routing network that modern medicine forgot to build.

Why I Built Clarivius
Clarivius was not conceived in a venture capital brainstorming session. It started from an exhausting personal reality: watching someone very close endure an 18-month diagnostic nightmare across five medical departments (General Surgery, Proctology, Urology, Radiology, and Microbiology).
Over 18 months, 18 different doctors were consulted across regional clinics and university teaching hospitals. The patient underwent an invasive laser surgery (FiLaC) that failed with an immediate relapse, was subjected to retrograde fluoroscopy and pelvic CT scans that were labeled 'completely normal,' and was repeatedly told that the symptoms were 'inconclusive scar tissue' or 'psychosomatic.'
Medicine has advanced MRI scanners, robotic surgery, and genome sequencers. But when a clinical case crosses the boundary between traditional organ-system silos, the referral system falls apart. Local physicians are overwhelmed, and patients are left wandering from waiting room to waiting room.
We founded Clarivius to fix that specific broken link: to connect treating physicians and patients directly with verified specialists worldwide based on documented rare-case precedent.
The Building Team & Clinical Collaborators
A lean, highly focused team of software engineers, clinical researchers, and data protection architects working from Prague and across Europe:
Dr. Omar Haddad
Specializes in clinical phenotype matching algorithms, vector embeddings on medical case series, and deterministic zero-PII compliance filters.
Lukas Lindholm
Architects multilingual medical ontology graphs, Schema.org health structures, and machine-readable case accessibility.
Sofia Lindqvist
Enforces European data residency (Frankfurt/Prague), automated secret scanning, and zero-PII CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Jakub Němec
Builds accessible, ultra-fast client-side interfaces and real-time regex PII compliance gates with zero external runtime tracking.
Anders Holm
Maintains the physical separation between Track A (zero-PII) and Track B (patient-consented) schemas and encryption keys.
Marek Zajíc
Designs structured rare-case taxonomies, surgical endorsement models, and GDPR-compliant immutable audit logs.
Our Operating Principles
1. Precedent Over Marketing
Specialists cannot buy advertising, premium placement, or algorithm boosts. They are matched solely based on documented surgical series, verified clinical publications, and peer endorsements.
2. Real Human Dialogue, Not Cold PDFs
Clinical medicine cannot be compressed into a one-way static document. Every patient consultation includes a secure textual dialogue channel where patients can chat directly with the specialist.
3. Privacy by Code, Not by Disclaimers
Doctor-to-doctor consults run with zero patient identifiers. Patient dossiers are encrypted with individual keys in European vaults. We build privacy into the architecture, not just the terms of service.
4. Empowering Local Treating Physicians
Clarivius is not a remote telemedicine replacement. We deliver structured handover briefs designed to empower the patient's local surgeon, urologist, or oncologist to perform optimal care locally.
